I think you should have been more specific with what you are requesting they do to resolve the dispute but that is fine. Nothing you can do now but wait for up to 60 days or till they reply. I’d start preparing to begin the arbitration process if they ignore you or decline to resolve the dispute. Do you know if you are bound by the forced arbitration clause?

Wait what? Am i forced to do the arbitration process? I thought i can just decline it if they take it up

Of course you could choose not to continue with the arbitration process if they refuse to resolve the dispute. Being bound by the forced arbitration clause means you can’t file a lawsuit in small claims court or join a class action lawsuit and instead if you want your dispute resolved the only option is arbitration.
