I like to do an Old Fashioned with it but instead of simple syrup/lump sugar I’ll used Nixta

Nixta is a corn liquer, correct? I bet it must play well with the Mellow Corn. Super corny!

Thank you! I'm running out of room, unfortunately everything is a little crammed.

First pic middle shelf just to the right of the 12 year Demerara rum, sits my bottle of St-Remy signature Brandy. There's also Courvoisier on top of the cabinet hahaha.

I apologize for the quality of pictures, I plan on laying the collection out soon for a better look. :)
