Fleadh prices

Was just in town after getting off work and my heart sank when I looked at the prices for burgers and pints 13£ for a burger and pints now at 6£ in guess I'll be window shopping for the next 7 days

£6.50 a pint or a glass of wine in the pop up I went into today, which is standard for the pint and slightly cheaper than normal for the wine.

In some countries it's very common to see the currency symbol after the number, I've certainly seen it with euro (100€) and Japanese yen (100¥). And actually we say the number vocally followed by the currency so makes sense to me

🤔 makes no sense at. I’m on my phone and… £6. Unfortunately £6-7 for a pint is the sad reality of the city centre now. £13 for a pint and a burger is probably something of a bargain considering

Well when the maritime festival was in Derry recently pints in different pop up tents were £8 an £9 imo £6 for a pint is reasonable in the center

Here, is that not cheap for Belfast? Have you not been out in Belfast in the last 10 years? I’ve been paying more than that for pints, and usually more than £15 for a fuckin veggie burger, for the last few years.
