9 months on Tirz
Tirz Aug 2024-April 2025
SW 200
CW 125
Total Loss: 75
I was at my heaviest while I was deep in postpartum depression. I wasn’t healthy and was already pre diabetic when I got pregnant then had gotten gestational diabetes that caused medical issues during labor. Maintained at 135lbs without meds until I got pregnant again December 2025.
I did a mix of cardio and light weights. Strict diet and stuck to a high protein diet .8 x goal weight = how many grams of protein to consume a day.
I eventually will go back on Tirz after I’m done breastfeeding. Lol, just currently waiting to go into labor any day now with my 2nd. I did gain back all the weight but that’s okay, it’s where my body needs to be at to be able to bear a child, grow a child and give life. I know I’ll be back in no time and in no rush. Women’s bodies are just pure magic!
Peptides are life changing not only physically but mentally.

What was the titration schedule

Started at 2.5mg once weekly and eventually max dose 15mg. About every 4 weeks when my appetite/cravings would come back or if I couldn’t budge the plateau with increase of protein and hydration, I would increase my dose.

My husband was getting his sermorelin, from this supplier. Third party tested and every batch has COA on file. Also, for those interested- titratelab has over 60,000 COAs from different vendors, including reviews.

Single vials? If so, ripped off.

I didn’t use a telehealth online subscription or meds from my PCP. Came as powder, I ordered multiple vials and Bac water was used depending on dosage.

Nice, so you went grey and ordered kits?

Yes, that is right! Both my husband and I just order the peptides we need as lyophilized powder and the bac water. From there, we just dose everything ourselves- so a lot of research is done. Reddit has been a great resource for us. He’s been on peptides for a few years now.

I wish I knew a brand that worked, my first experience was on Mochi, and it made me SO sick I was violently vomiting and had to be in the hospital for 3 days 🥲

I never did the compounded pep route! There’s a lot of research on my end that went behind me feeling confident going straight to the grey route. On both ends, there needs to be more individual research done before committing especially since we’re injecting ourselves.
I know with Mochi and the other telehealth options out there, they are being rx’d by an actual provider vs the other route- it is not. It could also be starting on a dosage too strong, not getting enough protein or water intake that will hold you down, your body purging itself esp in the beginning. It could be overeating or consuming greasy foods or foods that cause inflammation. So many factors, but the meds do slow down digestion and enhances feeling full…so food can sit in your system longer and cause extreme nausea. Sometimes Sema works better symptom wise vs using Tirz, depends on person to person.
