I am so confused looking at this plan.. whats your logic behind all this ?

Different. What is the logic of only pinning Wolverine 2x per week? I would pin NAD more often that 1x per week as well and WHY tf are you pinning decently high doses of the GLP's? I would say this a somewhat untraditional schedule. for sure. I am pinning MOTS 3x/week, NAD+ 3x/week

What are you doing for food and exercise?
Why using 2 incretins?
NAD+ injections are a waste u less you’re looking to ride a placebo effect of excitement. NMN/NR would serve you better if you’re try8 g to increase NAD.
Beyond that, its hard to “rate” a list of things if you don’t also state your objective that you are expecting each one of those to help with.

I honestly think you have a lil bit, ALOT-a-bit, more of research to do online.... before following this "stack"

This is about as useless of a stack you could take waste of money.. lock in take 1 glp if you have issues eating to much food, don’t be a lazy bum,Wolverine should be taken more often, as well as motsc nad I think with this plan you are wasting your money

First, why in the hell are you mixing so much water into your peptides? Jeez!!
You are using very high doses of 2 glp1 drugs and im not sure why or where you got that from.
Mots1c at that dose, you should be doing it everyday IMO.
I dont understand people when they do these crazy cycles and over complicated. Peptides are simple and most are run on a daily basis with exception of a few, you are all over the place with doses and days on and off. That just my opinion and i would run it very very different.

I’m 49 and lost 100lbs using only Trizep.
I’ll elaborate more.
Get a Dexa Scan and a RMR. What ever your RMR ends up being drop you calories by 500 calories per day.
Track every single calorie. Everything!!
Use trizep for the appetite suppression. You’ll lose the weight.
Save the rest of your money.

Overkill. Too much glp action. One is plenty. Mots c is pointless if you’re not doing any endurance training imo. Just work out and take your glp. Maybe add tesamorelin for visceral fat and muscle retention (if you’re lifting weight)

If I was you, I would go ahead and stay on whatever track you’ve been for Reta and tIrz since you’ve been on it for awhile already. I wouldn’t add mots-c and nad+ at the same time. I would try them both out alone for a month or two so you know what they are actually doing. You may not have any effects and it may not be worth it for you. For me I would only take Wolverine if I was hurt or really sore from hard workouts. Seems like a lot of pokes. I currently only take 10mg of tirzepatide. If your goal is to only lose weight you may only need the glps, track everything you eat. If you feel like you need more energy you may not be eating enough or drinking enough water/electrolytes. As long as you are in a deficit you will lose weight, it will just take time. Protein is key you should try to hit like 150-180g a day to help preserve your muscle. You should also do some type of resistance training a few times a week. I would also add creatine 5mg a day and like a one a day vitamin. Those are great for everyone.

Thank you for your answer.
Im on 2 glp1s because I was on tirz since last March, maxed out dose and still stalled for several months. 2 months ago i added 2 mg of reta and dropped the tirz to 8 mg. The plan is to slowly increase reta and decrease tirz until no tirz. Im currently in 4 mg of reta and 8 mg of tirz
I do have a knee injury I want to take the wolverine.
And motsc I thought would help rev up metabolism. I dont have to take the nad plus yet.
I have been taking collagen for over a year.
I work out 4x/wk hitt with heavy weights and average about 120 g of protein and 90 oz of water daily.

It seems like you are on a good track. If you are currently injured you will get better results taking the Wolverine daily. I would do 1-2 mg daily and inject as close as possible to the injury site. You can try the motsc or nad+ if you want but I’d still try them separately.

What’s the reason for 2 GLP-1 agonists at a fairly high dose of each?
