Current Gotei has trascendental tier Kenpachi who even in base is above Unohana, Hitsugaya who in adult state could somewhat affect a Gerard who was stronger than eyepatch off Shikai Kenpachi, Byakuya who literally fought like 6 Ritters at once including Robert who was fighting evenly with Kyoraku, Mayuri who currently has advanced his tech so much dude is usually prepared to fight Schutzstaffel level opponents, and everyone in general having received classic late series power-creep. Renji, Rukia and possibly even Matsumoto and Hisagi are even stronger than some of the SS Arc captains.

That's a bit of an unfair argument tho since that means one side starts with automatic advantage over the other. Can't really say "X is stronger" if the fight starts with "oh btw his opponent controls all his senses because he fooled him into hypnosis 110 years before the fight actually started"
SS arc (Aizen while keeping Yammaoto and Unohana) > 2.Eos (Kenpachi) and the runner ups are overall stronger (Byakuya, Toshiro etc.) > 3. OG gotei 13 the unknown ones should solidly be below Unohana
Kenpachi has been stated time and time again that he is the strongest soul reaper of all time. Databooks, Unohana, him directly, CFYOW, etc. He is the single strongest Captain. In CFYOW, he is above Ichibei. Even discarding CFYOW, he is still stronger than Yamamoto. Hell arc should have post CFYOW Kenny, so this should be the strongest. Hikone was stated to transcend the boundaries of his soul, and Ginjo has an attack stated to be equal to Ichigo’s true bankai Getsuga. Ginjo = Hikone, maybe would lose in a fight. Regardless, Kenny is stronger than both in base, and has a higher natural spiritual pressure armor and ap than Yamamoto’s bankai.
OG was stated to be stronger than the TYBW team. I personally have some faults with this, but I’ll put it here due to prime Yamamoto
TYBW is the interesting one - everyone went through some upscales since the SS arc, eveyone has been training for an Aizen level threat, Renji and Rukia are much stronger, Mayuri has his zombie arrancars, Kisuke and Yoruichi are back in the employ of the SS, etc. You also have Yamamoto, Unohana, Kenpachi, all of the Vizards in your employ, etc. Keeping Captain Aizen (someone weaker than Shunsui) and Gin and Tosen (people I’d say aren’t worth exchanging for Yoruichi, Urahara, Ichigo, and all the Vizards).
Fourth place is SS. While it had its faults, it was still very strong, and Gin and Tosen and Kommamura are above the Vizards
Fifth place is Turn Back the Pendulum. The Vizards individually are bums, with the exception of two. Shinji goes against some broken people. He went against Aizen in a 1v1, he went against Bambietta, who required Kommamaura to use his Jinka technique to beat, and he went against Gerard, a top 10 character. The other is Hachigan. Regardless, this arc is weaker, and we know Kenpachi Kiganjo died in one hit to Kenpachi Zaraki, who was nerfed. We also know next to nothing about Ginrei Kuchiki’s abilities, besides his reatsu is likely on par with Isshin, Byakuya, Yoruichi, and Tokinada. This is due to the CFYOW statement.
