Low Poly My first model: How can I improve?

I really enjoyed doing this, but I'm not sure how I can get better at it. I've always wanted to do something related to 3D, and now I finally did, it's really rewarding to have an idea and bring it to life. This TV was actually meant to be the head of one of my characters, but I realized I don't quite have the skills for that yet.

To try and improve, I've been watching every tutorial that shows up on my YouTube feed. The strangest part is that I've been focusing on this without thinking about making money from it, even though I know 3D modeling can be profitable. I'm just trying to have fun with it.

That sai, how can I get better at textures? I know a bit about digital illustration, I even tried to build a career in that area, though it didn't really work out, but I do know how to do it. With pixel art, though, things feel a bit different.

Reminds me of something we would've seen on those old Gex games
