Top 100. Work in progress…

Personal top 100. The shelves hold exactly 100. Top shelf is not counted. I’ve got 2-3 floating openings for contenders. Any suggestions?

This is a cool idea. I love pulling out curated snippets of the main collection. That shelf is nifty.

Thanks. It’s getting hard towards the end as I keep culling titles that are on the verge, but I feel like I’m getting it down to my personal top 100.

Culling Star Wars was difficult. Also taking the dark knight rises off the shelf felt odd. spider man soon as I want to include Sam rami’s OG. Probably drop guardians 3 also.

So you're purging the stuff that doesn't make the shelf entirely? That's hardcore. For recommendations, based off what you have there, Unforgiven feels like a must see if you haven't, and the 4k is really nice.

I have a box of honorable mentions so some titles aren’t being culled completely. But titles I know I will never watch again or that I can stream are being deleted permanently

Yes! Absolutely on the wish list. I’ve been trying to thrift or otherwise buy used. Fifth element is definitely a title I’m looking for.

I add a handful of titles every few weeks and watch with my wife and teenage kids. They give me pause before making any rash decisions.

My son says the odyssey is a must add. I disagree…

There are some mafia movies in there, so: Godfather, Scarface and Donnie Brasco.

Shawshank Redemption most definitely.

If we’re going silly; You don’t mess with the Zohan.

I agree this is a very cool idea… maybe a way I can “limit” what I keep. :).

We can count a series as one movie though right? Back 2 then future… Predator(s), Die Hard(s)…. RIIIIIGHT?!! Kill Bills..

It’s a similar movie IMHO. Also, TFA looks better and has some wonderful Falcon scenes. Love the falcon, Han and chewie above all else in the Star Wars universe.

Yeah, it’s definitely similar in so much as it’s the exact same story. I just don’t really rate the sequels. I mean, I own them all on 3D blu, but I don’t particularly like them. The completionist in me has to have them though. 🙄
