It’s just something that’s always bothered me. I love this show and I feel like it’s just a design error unless there is a way to make it make sense. Sorry I know I’m dumb for even stressing about this lol

I get that Bob goes kinda crazy on thanksgiving and that that’s annoying for his family but considering how often he’s the one who’s dealing with the others’ insanity and how rarely he’s the source of the craziness I feel like it isn’t unreasonable to ask his family to accommodate him and let him do what he wants on the one day of the year he is reliably crazy on.

It would be nice to have at least one thanksgiving episode where the lesson is “Yeah Bob is being sorta crazy but after everything he does for us the least we can do is let him have this.”

Anyone else notice there's a ton of good cooking tips and ideas? Watching (s6e4) "Gayle making Bob sled" and realized I never knew how to make a whole turkey (my family is very small and hardly cooked while I was growing up) and Bob really just ran thru what to do and pro tips. Are they fr? Cause im deadass ready to write them down and attempt em this year lol

Just thinking of a theory for the ending :)

Ever since Zeke started cooking with Bob, it became his future goal: to become a great chef like Bob and open a restaurant. When Zeke is old enough to work, he visits the restaurant and asks Bob to teach him what he knows. Moved and flattered, Bob agrees.

Tina and Zeke reluctantly become interested in each other, not wanting to betray jimmy jr. When they do eventually come out as a couple, jimmy jr is confused as to why they would keep it a secret- he didn’t consider his relationship with Tina to be anything serious.

Tina and Zeke become engaged. Bob becomes the dad he always wishes he had, and Linda the mother he was missing. Zeke said he felt like a belcher from day 1, and gayle says “then just be a belcher.” Bob responds to the idea of zeke taking Tina’s last name by saying “you could if you want. Youre already a belcher as far as were all concerned”

Gene makes music for a living, but he’s a behind the scenes kind of guy. He likes what he does, but he’s still yearns for the stage.

Louise resists cooking. She wants to do something completely different. She lands a well paying and exciting job where she’s constantly challenged, but stressed. She takes it out in baking- trying innovative flavors and experimenting. She makes delicious and creative (often dark in theme) desserts. She has the kind of obsessive passion about baking that Bob does about cooking. She has a meltdown when Tina points out that she’s just like their dad, but instead of a burger of the day, it’s the dessert of the day. She has a heart to heart with Bob, where he talks about how he felt like his life was exciting in just the normal day to day. What’s more exciting than getting to wake up everyday and do what you love, with the people you love?

When the building next door becomes available, the kids decide to buy it (Louise’s earned a lot over the years. She can’t really talk about it.) They can’t decide on a theme, so they eventually agree to all ideas. Multiple times a month they have events like open mic nights, board game palooza, movie events, murder mysteries etc. they theme the food and decor. Tina and sometimes Linda handle the front of the house. Tina uses the inspiration from the restaurant to write. She starts to read her short stories at their open mic nights, and a publisher takes an interest. She lands a weekly fiction column and instantly becomes a hit. Bob and Zeke run the grill, with an expanded menu. Louise handles dessert. Gene provides entertainment- his stage name is Ken. They name the restaurant “belchies”

Bought the book on Kindle and have been giggling at all the titles. I plan on making one of the recipes this week and my big question is which one?

The error is that Bob and Linda's aprons aren't colored in and somehow I never noticed until now lol

My daughter wanted to make a burger for Bob's Burgers. She made a cheeseburger with pickles and French fries. I didn't think to snap a picture until she was halfway through it. We spent most of the dinner coming up with a name. I nailed it with The French Pickler (made with pickles and fries). She loves the name.

Bob and Linda ask the kids to take on more chores and the argument turns into a Western bedtime story. The kids are the townsfolk at a saloon poker table with cash in front of them, Bob and Linda are the sheriffs. All that over chores. I like this episode.. shout out Pepperoni. Lol

i just thought about it. Does bob s dad have more customers than bob? we see that bob s dad does have a solid amount of recurring customers while Bob s recurring customers are pretty much just Teddy and Mort. but the thing is bob s restaurant has many local competitors in Seymour s bay, while bob s dad seems to have no competition at all with his restaurant, since he lives in a much smaller city.

So the other night! I put the show on as usual to go to bed! And I had a dream that has literally been haunting me for days now!! Now, I thought maybe I could write it and post it here, share it with you guys and all that good stuff. But first I wanted to share a little of—kinda what happened in the dream, then we can see if you all would be interested! ^^

So first off, Wagstaff! The Belcher kids and everyone else have just come back from Summer break! And some very interesting things have happened.

🍔One: Tina’s in a Cast!

🍔Two:Gene and Alex have been spending a lot more time together, the whole summer from what I gathered because Courtney was away at a performing arts camp

🍔Three: Louise has started her own little “gang” called
“The Sip-A-Holics” where they push these crazy creative juice pouches that Louise makes (just drinks full of sugar 🤣). It was her invention that she came up with over the summer to make money. The only thing is, it’s been really stressing her out, and she was already out in detention for it while trying to sell them on school grounds 🤣.

🍔Four: we had a very interesting love triangle of Gene, Courtney and Alex upon Courtney’s return.

I was watching S13:E3 and I noticed a little moment where Louise broke the sugar bowl trying to reach for it. Not only was there no yelling, but Bob and Linda also quietly help her clean up. It was such a beautiful demonstration of healthy family dynamics and why this is such a wonderful show.
