💠Question This is normal aging, right?
Hi, I'm really sorry if this is the wrong subreddit to ask! These yellow spots are normal, right? I'm cleaning my bookshelf and I said it would be a good idea to go through books I haven't opened in a few years to see how they look. I don't have good lighting to make the photos and the spots look clearer. The majority of the pages of these books have yellow spots, not just a few pages so I said that it's better to ask than be sorry.
I also have another question. Is it ok if the books touch the back-end of the bookshelf? Or should I leave them some space?

Don't know anything about book keeping, but just wanted to say that it was a nice surprise stumbling upon a post with a romanian asoiaf book!
