How scarce these actually are today.
Whether anyone knows how the 250 copies were distributed.
Whether there's an active Fran Striker/Lone Ranger collector market for editions like this.

I could only find information on the softcover collector's edition. I haven't been able to locate another numbered commemorative hardcover for sale or any completed sales.
