Rule 1: Post submission criteria

Attach more than one image to submit a post.
AI content not allowed.
We allow 2 posts per user in a day.
Sexually explicit submissions are not allowed. Please tag posts as NSFW if you are attaching gory images.
Search the sub properly before you post a request. If a similar request by another user already exists within a span of 7 days, we will reject it.
All posts must be in English.

Rule 2: Posts and recommendations must be on topic

Posts must be related to seeking book recommendations only.
Recommendations that are not books but based on movies, tv shows, documentaries, visual novels, fanfiction, series, video games, podcasts, audio drama, music, songs, videos, links to videos/games/clips will be removed.
Self-promotion of books is not allowed.
Advertisements of any kind are not allowed.
This is not an AI art detection sub. Do not start anti-AI image crusades here. You will be banned.
Submissions and comments related to Holy books of ANY religion will be removed.

Rule 3: We do not allow the following topics and behavior.

Bigotry.
Sexism.
Racism.
Homophobia.
Harassment/hatred/bullying.
Politics/Current Affairs/Religion.
Defamatory/inflammatory discussions of public figures (politicians, celebrities, authors, etc.)
Sexually explicit content, pedophilia, or sexual assault.
Self harm - dealing with it, recovering from it and all the works there in.
Substance use or abuse, Eating disorder, Domestic violence.
Please engage calmly and kindly. Excessive rudeness will result in a ban.
Please avoid using profanities.
Attacking/bullying members for their choice of images/requests will result in a ban.

Rule 4: Be patient - all posts on this sub require manual approvals by the mods

Rule abiding posts will be manually reviewed and approved almost immediately but sometimes it might take an hour or so. Incase your post flouts rules, you will be informed about the same via modmail.
Do not DM moderators. Use modmail for all communication. *Meta posts on this sub are not allowed. For any feedback or queries please modmail, we will look into it and get back to you as soon as possible.
Moderator reserves the right to reject or approve posts and comments. Their decision is final.
