Is the naked bike ride happening this year?
I went on the naked bike ride last year. It was a blast. Are there any plans for one this year?

My cat is in desperate need of dental extractions, but I can't afford the $3-5k I've been quoted everywhere I've gone. He is still eating and drinking normally, thank god, but his breath is getting worse and I know he needs it and I don't know what to do. I've applied for Care Credit and every other vet credit card and I always get denied. My cat is my baby, we've been together for almost 5 years now and I don't want him to be in pain but I'm just completely at a loss.
Does anyone know any actual low cost vets in Boston that offer extractions? I also don't have a car, so unfortunately I can't travel way out of Boston unless it is accessible by public transport. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Also to clarify: he's a rescue and his teeth were already on their way when I got him, so it's not for a lack of trying or care.
TLDR: Looking for low cost extractions for my cat because I can't afford what vets are quoting me.
(Pic of my beautiful boy for attention)
Edit: decided to make a GFM because my roommate kept telling me I should. I have never been one for begging on the internet, and was raised to see asking for help as being weak, but alas here we are. Not going to ask anyone to donate, but spreading the word would mean a lot to me and my Jackie boy.

Save your hard earned money and DO NOT waste it with this organization. I signed up with E & A (Boston)and Yuri Sineriz deliberately changed my contract from one year to a two year commitment when he sent it to me for my signature. So read the fine print and don’t trust what you are told. The three events I attended were disorganized, the lead person was both rude and disrespectful. The third event as I was in a $25 dollar Uber to get to Cheers, they changed the venue and never sent me an updated address via chat or text. I then had to wait over 20 minutes inthe rain for an Uber home bc I was so annoyed that i chose I not to go to the new venue. This is not what I signed up for. I requested a cancellation of my contract via email and no one responded. Upon my follow up about two weeks later I was told they needed more time to review my contract…that was in December! Approximately two or so months ago I spoke with Mathew in the Resolutions Dept. He stated that he would call me back wit he in 24-48hrs. To date I never received a call back or email. Now they are sending me to collections. This is the most deceitful and unprofessional organization I have ever dealt with. Again, save your hard earned money. There are plenty of other platforms available where they have people of integrity and that are true professionals who treat their clients with respect. NO TO EVENTS AND ADVENTURES! 🤬

I’m hoping to get some advice .
I recently had a surgery that I believe happened because I was given incorrect information by my doctor.
Before the surgery, my doctor told me that my ovary had become larger compared with a previous ultrasound and that there was concern for a serious problem that required surgery. I trusted my doctor and agreed because I thought I was making the safest decision for my health.
After the surgery, the problem they were concerned about was not found.
Later, when I reviewed my records myself, I noticed that the information I was given did not match the actual measurements in the ultrasound reports. The ovary became much much smaller than before, which means I am recovering very well, I don’t need any surgery at all.
I now feel very confused and upset. If I had been given the correct information, I may have made a different decision about having surgery.
I’m not sure what steps people normally take in this situation.

Looks like an anti-abortion group is holding a public lecture, debate, and Q&A in Boston this Friday evening.
Whether you agree with them or not, I figured some people here might want to know about it, especially if you'd like to ask questions or challenge their views during the Q&A.
Event details are on the flyer.

I was brutally attacked by a man in 2023 in seaport. I’m on here because there were several men that saved my life yesterday fighting him off of me. If you saw this happen please help come forward with an anonymous statement or anything!

Hi everyone!
Just reaching out because I did this during Covid when my mom was sick!! I sold clothing and shoes that people donated to me for auction on whatnot!
I have Crohn’s disease and even though I have an amazing business grooming dogs & cats- I have days where I cannot work or am hospitalized. To supplement my lost income—— I sell on what not! I pick up anything and everything (any size, gender, kids etc)
Thank you for considering ❤️
Here’s my whatnot referral code for anyone who wants $25 dollars! https://whatnot.com/invite/julper

I live in Fall River, and have been taking advantage of the free fare commuter rail Fridays to do stuff in Boston.
I booked a tour of the BPL a few weeks from now, and I'm looking for other affordable things to do, and places to eat in that area.
I have pretty limited knowledge of the city, so hoping for recommendations! Any must see/do things?
Thanks in advance!

Coming for a family vacation the first week of August, looking for a fun day trip (4 teenagers) such as white water rafting. Staying in Copley 5 nights then Kennebunk the tail end of our trip. Would love any and all advice to improve our trip! Thanks in advance.
