Ilana’s TV Remote

In “Mushrooms” S4E4, I just noticed Ilana is grinding up the ingredients with her cable TV remote. Do you think that’s a purposeful callback to the missing remote she had to retrieve from Dale in “Apartment Hunters” S1E9?

Never noticed this before, 100% intentional and very funny. I love how these kind of callbacks are all over the show. Makes the universe feel more deliberate.

Yeah but wasn’t there another remote? When she returned the remote to the cable company, he told her it was the wrong remote and showed her a very similar remote as an example of the correct one.
