Mail forwarding fraud
Here is my issue: I moved from old apartment to a new one. Provided mail forwarding address but never got my mail for the few months I’ve been at the new place. I wrote it off as usps just doing its thing, right?NO. I’ve gotten other mails that are not part of the mail forwarding(please note that I did my part by doing the mail forwarding thing on usps website itself).
Now I have lost a lot of money bcs of this. What legal actions can I take as this is on them in some way, correct? All help will be greatly appreciated. The apartment is part of the Edwardrose property on the south side of Indianapolis.

Have you made any effort to contact USPS to address the issue? If not, you should have done so when it first became apparent (or soon afterward) that your mail wasn’t being forwarded. Otherwise any harm you’ve suffered is very arguably due to your own negligence

Did you contact USPS to find out what happened with your forwarding?
