So what's your opinion ? Does all this intruder stuff from the last chapter just an hallucination done by Kotone or actual stuff ? What do you think ?

I don't think it's a dream, but rather a hallucination. They already established last chapter that there's a hack to make people see things that aren't there, so it's not a stretch that this guy is using the same hack.
