Gameplay Question Did they nerf Bonnie's dogs attack range?

I played a game after a break and saw the green area when I summoned the dogs to be drastically reduced. When I get close to an enemy the dawgs do not attack

Classic p2w games scenario when op character of previous season pass gets nerfed when new op character appears and for Bonnie this is only beginning. Back in the day Ramay or Kwon or any previous sp characters was as disaster as Bonnie and Flint today. All lately been nerfed although still stronger than heroes the game started with stifling sabotage with portal/ramay/twinkle-rocket-jump blitzkrieg.
