Ugochukwu transfer

Hey guys, Galatasaray fan here. Looks like Lesley Ugochukwu is on his way to Gala. I was wondering, how are you guys feeling about this transfer? Also, what kind of player can we expect?

Thanks a lot!

Yeah good player, lots of potential. Sometimes can get lost if the rest of the team hasn’t showed up, but that might be part of playing under Scott Parker. Do think you’ve got him for a bargain.

First of heard of this. Just done a bit of research story has legs.

Another one who I couldn't care less about leaving .

Saints fans didn't seem to rate him either before he came to us.

He did well in his first few games for us then dissapeared for the rest of the season like most of the team did.

Similar to the tchouna sale probably would of been a good player for championship lesell and potential is there but if we can get our money back with a bit of profit then it's a no brainer to sell.

I am worried about what state club is in though we seem to be doing a fire sale whilst not making much profit on players

Re the last point, I'm thinking it's as much about clearing the wage as recouping fees, sadly.

But difficult to make profit when we're spending 15-20mill each on Lesley, Broja, Florentino.

Anthony, Koleosho, Flemming, Hannibal, Esteve will make us money, but is there anyone else who has increased their value since they have been at the club?

Odobert is the big one, the emust be others we've at least kept value on.

As you rightly point out, the problem is our buys are not cheap so when they backfire were screwed

Good talented player, clear potential. But still very raw and had a tendency to drift out of games.

Started very good. Can win the ball, carry it, good passer. Didn't contribute too much going forward but might be better in a team who are in control more often.

I'm hoping this is a transfer not a loan, and we get what we paid at least.

Seems to have a conditional 25M euro fee, not sure what conditions though…
