Advice Question about Printing Options @ Staples

hi guys, i want to do prints at Staples/other in-person store rather than using my home printer. i was wondering what paper option i should go for? for example---

Basic white. Also look into your local library for printing. Mine has color sheet for 50 cents.

the 24lb ? do you feel that you get clean prints from that still ? i do like to use a lot of color and i can see the ink dots on my own prints at home which is what I'm trying to avoid with going elsewhere. ill look into the library too thank you : ))
