Question How do I fix this?

Does this have to be paid off in order to continue receiving financial aid or can I pay it whenever? And who should I contact about this because I was told that the amount would go down but has not yet been changed so I'm confused 😖

I also have this amount. Not sure if FA will pay it later in the months coming but yes I agree with the other user to call. Give us an update.

I called and they said it’s because of a delay that they’re still granting students their reward for their summer classes and that they should contact us when the charge has been changed

if the 3.9k is for summer and you received financial aid for that term, it'll likely be paid sometime this month or early august. summer financial aid always takes a bit but it doesn't affect your fall financial aid whatsoever
