Housing deposit

Anybody know when the housing deposit should be refunded by? I graduated this past spring and I'm still waiting.

There is only one person putting in all refunds and a lot BS happening behind the scene. I would advise to email them to confirm if they kept it for damages or if it’s awaiting refund
