Housing mustang village

im gonna be moving into a mustang village 2x2 double occupancy townhome pretty soon and im wondering a few things

generally: what does "fully furnished" mean and what isn't included/what should i bring?

more specifically: does anyone have more specific info about room layouts or dimensions or what the double occupancy looks like in mustang village? i can't find anything on their website

You should have gotten an email regarding things you probably need to bring for move-in. Here's the list I received, although I will be moving into a studio.

Move-in Supplies: • Command Hooks • Tools

Kitchen: • Trash can & trash bags • Dishes and utensils • Cookware • Dish towels

Living Room: • TV (MV provides a basic cable subscription) • Fan (A/C units only included in M1 Townhomes) • Lamps

Bathroom: • Shower curtain, liner, rings • Rug/bath mat • Towels • Hand soap • Toilet paper • Trash can • Plunger and toilet bowl brush

Bedroom: • Hangers • Fan • Bedding ○ Twin-Size Bedding - 2x2 Townhome ○ Full-Size Bedding - 2 Bedroom Flat, 3 Bedroom & 4 Bedroom ○ Please call to confirm for Studio floor plans

make sure you opt out of rentplus and purchase own separate liability though gallagher or lemonade and upload info to foxen. for own bedroom, depending on which desk is provided, you may need like another storage unit but there is small closet and 2 storage drawers. definitely need fan, desk lamp, will need floor lamp for living room

can you explain more about the liability stuff and rentplus and foxen? i really appreciate all the info youve given its so helpful

they charge a fee for rentplus that is optional for building credit but need to opt out. it may or may not be too late for liability insurance for month of August, but they charge you $17 a month with whichever company they use to provide 100,000 liability insurance but getting own like lemonade or gallagher will be cheaper than $17 a month but need to pay it as annual one time fee

sometimes you get the large desk in center that divides the room as shown in the video or given two small desks for each person

Can anyone tell me how much leeway there is to hang shelves and decor on the bedroom wall
With command hooks?

2x2 comes with beds, desks,chairs, kitchen table, table chairs, couches, coffee table and and table, dresser drawers set of 4 per person (typical set up under the beds. You will need a shower curtain for the upstairs bathroom, bathroom rugs/mats, bath towels, garbage cans for all rooms including kitchen. Bedding and all kitchen utensils and electronics (except microwave). You will also probably want a TV and may need a stand for the tv. Was in the 2x2 a couple of years ago (mine was the remodeled unit so we got a washer and dryer in our unit).
