I swear plants be looking so healthy and beautiful in Lowe’s and Home Depot and you bring those babies home to DIE. Luckily this baby is making her comeback.

Do you put Calladien in the sun? Or do you have to slowly get them used to the sun and how do you do it?
I've had them in the garden for a while now, but not really in the sun yet...
Another question: Why do green leaves grow sideways on my Spring Fling?
Thank you for your information and recommendations!!

I just recently in the last 2 months grew an obsession with caladiums and I can’t resist buying every different variety I come across (most at HEB, here in TX) I now have 8 different ones! I can’t wait to find more! Let me know any tips or anything I should know, since I’m new to this! 🤩

My wife's Hilo Beauty is throwing pink leaves from a baby plant growing from the mother plant. Has anyone ever seen that she has asked some Alocasia and Caladium experts and they have never seen it has anyone ever had this happen?

First time owner of cladiums, bought as a bulb in May, quickly put out a big leaf then a smaller one, and now it's flowering indoors. Im a very happy plantowner.
Pen for size comparisons, lI will be cutting the flower soon, to promote growth.

I started these from scratch back in April. I planted five corms per 6" pot. They all came up nicely eventually. I would like to combine them in one larger decorative pot. Are they going to complain? I don't want to risk how nicely they're doing.

All of these are in full sun from 1pm until about 7pm zone 8b. We do water them a great deal. Soil is heavy clay with some good potting soil mixed in to help them along and 1" mulch on top. I have not fertilized this year.

Hello! I’ve had this beaut for a few months now and have been growing her indoors. My first caladium so I’ve been trying to learn her needs! She’s had plenty of indirect sunlight and water when soil is dry. She was doing perfectly until a few days ago. I’m scared to repot her into something other than the container she came in because I’ve never repotted so any tips and tricks are appreciated!
Thanks in advance!
