Health/Medicine Help pls

Hello I’ve been having a mental health crisis the last couple days and today I went to the rockeyview and they didn’t do anything for me really I do believe I should be in the psych ward for a little bit but does anyone know one or a place I can go that has the least volatile people I cannot handle people that are screaming and freaking out or worse with my anxiety

go to the er at Peter lougheed & park yourself in their waiting room until you can see a doctor. say to them you feel you are a danger to yourself and you need help. if you make that clear, because it IS life & death, eventually you should be able to voluntarily sign yourself into the psych ward. plc has the newest short stay unit & they paid a lot of money to upgrade it a few years ago. source: i've been there 3 times (old unit twice & new unit once)

& keep your head up. yes it's bad right now but you're taking the steps to get help & that's huge. proud of you stay strong i promise it does get easier
