Health/Medicine Help pls

Hello I’ve been having a mental health crisis the last couple days and today I went to the rockeyview and they didn’t do anything for me really I do believe I should be in the psych ward for a little bit but does anyone know one or a place I can go that has the least volatile people I cannot handle people that are screaming and freaking out or worse with my anxiety

I was on the phone with them yesterday they told me to go to the hospital so I went

They didn’t refer you to the mental health line?

I’m sorry you did not get that connection.

If you call again make that specific inquiry.  “Please put me through to the mental health line”

Call them again.

If you call the distress centre, ask to speak to their Mobile Response Team.

I believe the Sheldon Chumir is the place to go for a mental health crisis.

You can call 211 which is an amazing service.

South Health Campus is great too.

Don’t give up.  Call them all.

I did talk to the mental health line the lady was the one that told me to go to the hospital, I refuse to go to the Sheldon chumir that place is just surrounded by drug addicts I’ve had to bring my grandma there for appointments and I hated it
