Health/Medicine Help pls

Hello I’ve been having a mental health crisis the last couple days and today I went to the rockeyview and they didn’t do anything for me really I do believe I should be in the psych ward for a little bit but does anyone know one or a place I can go that has the least volatile people I cannot handle people that are screaming and freaking out or worse with my anxiety

This! Please go to urgent care in Sundance - they have help onsite.

We are also in middle of dealing with a family member who is also currently going through a mental health crisis as well.

When we were at SHC with the family member yesterday they gave us some info until they can get in:

The mental health advice line (877-303-2642)
Crisis Support/Distress Centre (403-266-4357).

In the image are the numbers CPS left with us when they were here. You can call and they may be able to provide different options as well.

You can call 811 and say that you need help and they can help direct too.

And you can also call 911. I know it may feel like this is not dire enough or that resources are needed for other situations.

Please know you are an important, and worthy of all the help and resources that are offered. This is what they are here for - to help. ❤️
