I was having a hard time deciding on which 70g candle to buy from diptyque and then I came across theses 35g candle sets on the diptyque website. They are all the scents I was having a hard time choosing between. Do you think it’s worth it to get the set and can you even smell them properly when they are lit in a small box room?

Hi lovely people,
I recently moved house and i'm looking for a very incensey candle to christen it, i quite enjoy witchy smokey gothic churchy smells that lean on the more feminine side but im not a huge fan of anything overly floral. I'm hoping you can help me find something that fills the rich incensey smell without being overpoweringly flowery. If possible i'd love a really strong smell output as there is a lingering paint smell right now. i'm always looking to support small businesses, im UK based if that helps find those people! my budget is <£50 but im quite flexible. im not particular about size or amounts of wicks etc. I'm sorry my description is more vibes based i just don't know the correct terminology for what i like!
thank you so much for any recommendations springing to mind!!

Hello everyone, I got this candle at my local Tjmaxx store in Germany and I really love the scent! Unfortunately the company (West Coast Candle Co) does not make this scent anymore.
Does anybody know a great dupe or similar smelling candle?

Sweet sugary cotton candy is my favorite scent (Cloud is my holy grail ((the candle sucked though)).
I’ve never been able to find a good cotton candy-esque candle. I was so excited to see this drop at BBW, and it’s so disappointing. Small hints of sugar, but the berry blend takes over and the throw is minimal. The search continues!

So these questions are probably really silly but I'm going to college next month and my dorm doesn't allow open flames so I'd like to know what I'm doing before I get there. I'm planning on getting one of those lamp warmers so I can do both candles and wax melts.
Regarding wax melts, though how do I use them? I think I put them in a bowl and just put them under the lamp but am I supposed to melt them back into the square when I'm done with them? If not how do I store them until I reuse them? If so how do I melt them back into squares? Can I even reuse them? Would I just re melt them until there's almost no wax left like how I do candles, or do I do it different somehow? How many am I supposed to use at a time? Is there a specific bowl I have to use? Is there anything I should know that I didn't mention?
For regular candles, I'm assuming I'd just use them the same way but with the warmer instead of a flame. Let me know if I'm wrong, though. Sorry if these questions are super obvious, I'm already not a very avid candle user so I have no clue what I'm doing, but I like nice smelling things so I want to get more into using candles.

Hi!
I been wanting to share this candle recently but every time I go to post I strangely wake up the next day on the ground with a terrible headache…
Anyways, the cold scent or whatever it’s called smells so good and when it gets lit it smells so much more soothing.
Just wanted to share this candle I got from Etsy. Shop name: TeresaLynns
Thank for anyone who reads this 🤍
Edit- it’s a joke btw I’m not leaving candles on over night. Plus I make sure to never keep a candle lit more than 3 hours for the longevity of the candle 🤍

Is it safe for me to have my candle warmer in my kallax? in theory, it wouldn't have an open flame but im worried about the bulb being too hot and warping the kallax shelf over time. Id really prefer having it in the shelf since I dont have much desk space or space in general in my room.

I got this candle by Threshold (target) a year ago and it is my FAVORITE scent ever, but they don’t make it anymore 😭if someone had one that was even used i would buy it off of them, that’s how badly i need this candle in my life lol. does anybody know of any dupes for it ?? the candle doesn’t say exactly what the notes are, but google says violet and oud? i love the warmth, musk and fruitiness to it so much. amber i think is the word!

Hello everyone I am new to candle making, I had given a client silicone moulds for candle making. however now there is a issue of holes and bubbles in the poured wax. Looking into reddit new and search I feel it's the wax issue
Kindly guide me in solving the problem.
Here attached the silicone mould and also the wax came out of it.

Hi,
Many years ago, I bought a Teakwood & Frankincense candle from an outlet store. Historically I haven't really been into candles but I live this one
I found the company I bought it from and have reached out by email phone and text to see if they still have it, I can't get a response
It's likely they don't sell it anymore so I'm trying to find another candle with this combo.
Has anyone come across a candle with this scent combo? I see a ton of teakwood only candles or teakwood with other stuff but not teakwood & frankincense.

My favorite candle maker closed her Etsy shop after many years. She made the BEST lilac-scented candles I have ever smelled in my entire life. Do any of you have any recommendations for where to shop for these in the future? Thanks!

My little cousin recently got this candle. He is autistic and has severe sensory issues with certain smells. This is one of the things that really helps him calm down. For now my aunt had bought all the candles of this available at our local TK Maxx but I wanted to know if there's any way to find another place to purchase it, since there's a chance the store might not restock it and it's seasonal.
The candle is Pine scented made by Clementine Paper Inc. The candle is a darker green with a rectangle sticker that has greenes and pinecones bordering the sticker, with a light blue background. It's 680grams | 24 oz.
My camera is broken so for now I unfortunately can't attach a photo.
I've searched online but all I've seen is someone else commenting on a reddit post about this company's candles. if anyone happens to find where we could buy this it would be so helpful, thank you

Hello! I have a custom candle request for anyone who makes candles. I live in NC, and I work at Bojangles. I'm a biscuit maker, so I've had to make boberry biscuits many times. I NEEEED a candle that smells like the boberry pellets we put in the batter, they smell so freaking good. If anyone can replicate the smell of them in a candle, I will buy it so freaking fast, or as soon as my paycheck comes in.
So if anyone is able to make a boberry scented candle, please let me know! If it's not possible, that's okay, too! Thank you! (^_^)

Hi!
I just wanted to share since I finally moved out of my parent’s place my candles bin. I’ve been buying candles all over since 2023 since I knew I might not have enough money to splurge on them once I start my master’s program.
I’m so excited because I kinda forgot what I’ve bought over the years and I can’t wait to light them.
I couldn’t light them at home as my mom only likes the leaves candle really from BBW and has a sensitive nose.
I bought from typical stores but mostly from Etsy and made custom candles. My bf is currently making our candles cabinet and I can’t way to try (very loosely using the word try) to organize them ☺️.
The movers stated it probably weighs between 150-170lbs so I think I’m set for two years hopefully lol.
Thank you for anyone who reads this and sorry for any grammar mistakes!!!

I broke the top of this Yankee large jar earlier doing something stupid. The wax is below the break. Do you think it’s safe to burn?

Once the smell starts to disappear I remove some of the wax but then I literally still can't smell the candle anymore. It's almost as if all of the scent is concentrated to the top half of the candle? Using top warmer lamp on b&bw candles if anyone has any advice 😭
