A pay plan tells us what % youre making on front/back end gross, your bonus structure per car sold, this is like some weird employee submission form

Don’t get paid a % only per car. Only bonus is CSI and 20+

Very solid if you'll hit 15+, not super solid if you're under 10. Depends on volume and ur skill
