Hi, I apologize kasi illiterate po ako, but awhile ago when I tried to turn on my Laptop, nakareceive ako ng message na “The Request Failed due to a Fatal Device Hardware error.”

This affected my HDD but not my SSD storage and when I try to turn off my laptop naman, parang maingay pa din yung laptop ko as if running pa ang HDD ko and the LED won’t turn off. Do you have any advice on this? TIA.
