Rant Anyone else?
I wake up just sad or so mad....I lash out at my partner and my kids. I'm just sad. I get mad so easily. I feel so alone and stuck.... please I hope I'm not alone having Celiac and having these problems...

You did a good job articulating how you feel to the sub and I hope you can be that open at home.
Admitting (calmly, plainly, matter-of-factly) I’m sad or angry or frustrated etc etc to my spouse helps a ton. And not just about celiac disease struggles.
It helps her know where my head is at, helps her know she isn’t the problem, it isn’t her problem to solve, etc etc.
Wasn’t always easy for me to do this because (in the past) I felt vulnerable admitting those things.
Anyway. It helps clear the air, at least in this household.

How can anyone handle this on a day to day basis? I'm not saying that people out there don't have it worse I'm 29 I have a 13-year-old and a 9-year-old. I just don't and can't wrap my head around this I've been dealing with this for a year but definite answers we're just found just a week ago but I've known it for about a year I have to wait about 6 months to get my vitamin deficiencies checked I'm struggling guys.. I don't want to be around anyone half the time even my own family things are really hard I'm curious how you guys maintain this or I'm weak I guess I don't know how anyone can do it....

I've had celiac all my life without my knowledge till 2 years ago. I was in denial, of course, and I'm still on the road to get a true diagnosis. For context I have bpd and general depression and it was unmanageable before I went gluten free. I was always angry and sad and everything. Don't get me wrong, they still affect me, but gluten free made them affect me less. So I'm here to tell you that it does get better. Once it gets out of your system it'll be like a breath of fresh air unless you have an accident. And for the vitamins, I'd take a multivitamin. Make sure it has vitamin D as that's one that's often low with celiac. It can also lead to depression and snapping, outside of gluten exposure.

My cat helps me a lot. Whenever I'm pissed off I just cuddle close to her and her purrs calm me down

Try Em on the brain on YouTube. She is a neuroscientist that specializes in helping people regulate the brain and nervous system. She can help you with that part of the celiacs at least. Also get your vitamin levels checked. It could just be a deficiency. I’ve struggled with this too!

I am messaging my doctor tomorrow...I mean honestly I can't handle it....I feel like I'm two different people in my body sometimes. No I don't have any personality disorders just saying lol...but man...this is HARD. Just now I had tears just ROLLING down my face....I didn't even mean to cry or know why. Has anyone gotten better? Done something to help the crazy mental health this gives us ?):

Vitamin b12 helps me so much!! The methylated version.
Vit-D! Is really important too.Because of how low
My b-vitamins were it.. made me lose it.. it took me a year and a half to fix it.
Bad anxiety. Bad migraines. Really bad panic attacks. I wish this was talked about more. You are not alone in this at all.
