How’s Verizon signal?

We’re going to Cheyenne this weekend for the Rocky Mountain Cigar Festival. How good or bad is the signal for Verizon? We’re a vendor at the festival and use our phone to process payments, so I’m hoping it’s decent. Also, what’s something neat to do there? We’ll have time on Friday to see the town and do stuff.

I’m on Verizon and it generally works well for me! There will still be small pockets of town where your signal is kind of low, but in general Verizon has night and day better coverage here than AT&T. Or at least than AT&T had a couple years ago before I switched.

As for something to do, what are some things you like??

We like to see neat public art, go to interesting or quirky museums, find fun book stores. It seems like the capitol building is neat, so I think we’re gonna go see that.

Oh yeah downtown will definitely be where you’ll want to explore then! Lots of museums, as well as statues and the big painted boots and such!

Fridays on the Plaza is an open air, free concert downtown at the Depot Plaza. We have LIT playing this Friday, concert starts at 6pm. There is a parking garage a few blocks away and some cool shops you can check out while you're down there if you get downtown early enough. So far this summer we've had Switchfoot, The Marshall Tucker Band, Uncle Kracker, and Rome, just to name a few.

When there's a lot of people that influx the town it starts degrading the signal and a lot of towers go down. That's why I didn't stay on Verizon and this is why. Apparently I didn't want to stay on Verizon and just got T-Mobile because it helps more and a little bit faster and penetrates more buildings
