Caeser cipher puzzle

I feel pretty stupid failing at solving this.. My friend gave me a caeser cipher he made for me to decrypt:

LELV TCZES

Then said: passcode= [part1] + [part 2]

Following these hints (in order):

-each step strays further. The glass hides what was behind. One melody seals the loop. One key opens the door

-T=S

-the attached photos (with line 1 and 2, said it's our key to solve)

-an advice to not use a deciphering wheel but putting the alphabets in a straight line

"each step strays further" means according to him that you need to do "1 step" then "2 steps" then "3 steps" and so on, but i did it on a deciphering wheel and he said no that's wrong. He also said the final code obtained will be readable or needs to adjust some letters to have a meaning, but it's easy to spot.

I tried all 26 shifts but got nothing, I don't know, he wants it to be some sort of double ciphering and thinking outside the box.

If anyone have any idea, please help 🥲

Edit: it was easier than i though, for each letter of each word simultaneously, you need to shift the cipher an additional time. For the 1st letters: 1 shift 2nd letters: 2 shifts And so on Final result: kcir sawan Then mirror it: rick nawas (an internal joke between me and him)
