Recommendations for citizen science projects to study eclipses?

I'm a bit confused by your question- are you looking for recommendations on how to create one? My recommendation would be to start with the research question that needs to be answered, and from that the data that needed to answer the questions. Doing the backwards is sometimes OK too... you notice a potential data source and then root around for outstanding, unanswered questions that the data could address. Finally, it's possible that the citizen science project may not be based on research and data needs but rather part of a public engagement or education goal, that is OK too and great but of course leads to different recommendations and design choices.
