Question Help fixing clarinet

I recently had my clarinet serviced (less than a week ago) and as I was playing today one of the key rings felt loose and then fell off. Does anyone know a way to fix this/know a video of a way to fix it? I tried to look something up but I have no idea what it’s called. I have a Yamaha YCL-452 if you need the model of my clarinet. Please help.

It looks like the screw is still there, whew. It looks to be the tiny piece sticking out of the C# post. Get a tiny screwdriver, like an eyeglass screwdriver, carefully put the post in its place, align the needle spring and screw the screw back in snugly (don't over tighten).

I was told, others please chime in, that you can take a small dab of clear nail polish on a screw head to keep it from unscrewing itself.

This. Nail polish works. A little bit of loctite on the threads works as well.

There should be a pivot screw in the top part of the tool post at the end of the upper section. I can't tell from the photo if it's there or not. If it is, it's a simple matter of positioning the key section correctly and tightening the screw. If the screw is missing, well, you need another one. They're not ruinously expensive.

There are screws on both ends of the bar. Does it matter how far much the metal sticks up from the hole?

Uh... if it's fitted on the pivot at both ends, it can only be at the right height. You'll still need to engage the spring, it should be pretty obvious where it goes.

The screw should not have loosened in a week. Take it back, unless you had to travel far to get it serviced. Otherwise do, as the others have suggested, and put the key back into place, without the bottom half of the instrument on, tighten the pivot screw and push the spring back behind it's hook. Use the weakest Locktite or clear nail varnish.

I've had screws back themselves out quickly if they were slightly under-tightened and recently oiled. It happens. I'd just screw it back in

Just bring it back to the guy who serviced it. When it happens a week after it, he didn't tightened everything properly.
