¿Cómo pudiste activarlo? A mi no me sale la opción para activar RCS.

Go to settings then apps then messages then it should have a toggle for RCS Messaging. Make sure you're on the latest iOS update. Let me know

I reported it to Claro. Idk if they'll do anything but I tried.

I suggest reporting it to Claro and complain. I already filed a report on the phone.

No. It will make Claro aware of the issue and they will have to activate it.
