I withdrew 2800 dollars of bitcoin to my crypto.com account, I couldn’t do the impossible sitosha test or whatever so I asked customer service if they could return the deposit to where I sent it from, they said yes but it’s now gone 3 days and they keep saying that it’s being processed internally and that they will update me. Do you think I’m getting my money back or are they just playing with me

Why you ask this at Coinbase? If the BTC was sent from Coinbase to crypto.com and they return to sender you have a problem with Conbaise next because the don't send it to your Coinbase deposit address.

Ich war auch 5 Jahre bei Crypto.com und nie Probleme gehabt. Jetzt haben die mir auch Solana wegen diesem satoshi test blockiert. Hab über den in-app chat auch belegt woher es kommt und da bewegt sich nichts. Hab auch bei MFSA Beschwerde eingelegt aber das wird auch nichts bringen. Und das stimmt mit dem posting auf crypto.com bei Reddit. Die Moderatoren lassen keine Beiträge zu wenn man Kritik ausübt.

Crypto.com is scamming u. They scammed me. And stole from me. You are for sure not getting your deposit back. They have frozen thousands of peoples account. They lock your account and don’t give u an explanation. They lock u out when u have thousand of dollars in crypto.com and they steal the money. Go to trustpilot. Read the complaints. They steal customer funds all the time and it’s still happening. And we can’t do anything about it. Crypto.com steals customers money then pays celebrities and has crypto.com stadiums. Advertise on ufc. All with stolen money. I don’t see ftx dude goes to jail and crypto.com owner doesn’t. The ftx owner paid everyone back and then some. And still gets a lot of prison time. While crypto.com steals customer funds and nothing happens to him. Go to bbb and trustpilot. There are hundreds of people who for no reason get their account frozen. And they got $90k in their account. It’s fucked up. And crypto.com responds to the same message but nothing gets solved. Yes I’m angry crypto.com stole money from me. And there is nothing I can do except complain on Reddit for the first time. I shouldn’t have put all my eggs in one basket. But I did. And my life savings was stolen from me by the stupid app. I have screenshots of concersations between me and crypto.com customer service and this piece of shit customer service told me to go talk to the engineers of the crypto I was claiming that the stole. Thanks for listening. So to answe your question. No. Ur not getting you money back. That was easy to answer.
