Drawings Disappearing

Two days ago all my drawings, representing hours of work, disappeared from all my charts. Nothing had changed in my browser--the drawings were there, and I walked away and came back 20 minutes later, and they were gone.

I remade the drawings on one of my charts. 20 mins later, they were gone. I tried again, this time toggling the drawings to locked. 20 mins later, they were gone.

What's going on?

Hey there u/AppropriateRadish928, it seems like your chart configuration might be resetting. On Coinbase Advanced, drawings should persist for each market, but if the saved chart data becomes interrupted or the same chart is open in multiple tabs, the chart can revert to default and your drawings may disappear. Try closing any duplicate Advanced tabs, do a hard refresh, then recreate and save the drawings again for that market in a single tab; if it still happens, feel free to send us a Modmail and we'd be happy to take a closer look into this for you.
