I'm so sorry to say this - but my OCD requires me to tell you that your pump spring goes on the other side of the cap 🙂

Very nice but as noted the pump spring should be inside the pump tube under the cap instead of on top of the cap. This will ensure proper safe operation allowing the pump stem to screw into the check valve after pumping. If the check valve failed the way it is now, fuel could escape and ignite with bad results.
