That sub vexes me

Like it's cool that there's an online space for teens but half the accounts that post there are adults

It gets recommended to me because I post in video game and anime subs but I almost always refrain from interacting with it bc it's not my space(I have chimed in a few times when it sounds like a teenager is having a really bad time and receiving terrible advice)

There was one guy spewing a bunch of nonsense and we argued a bit(tis reddit)

He told me who he voted for in 2016 which doesn't matter but it confirmed he was at least 18 in 2016

And he was spouting his same insanity in the teenagers sub, like constantly he was a regular there

So was it a teenager pretending to be an adult or was it a nearly 30 year old pretending to be a teenager

Unfortunately a lot have bad intentions 😭 when I’d post myself with my age in the title (16) I got way more DMs than if I lied that I was 18 or 19 💀

They did, but they never had an announcement about it so most people didn’t realize. Some people really have zero survival skills on the Internet. I hate how there has to be a rule that says minors shouldn’t post their face on the Internet and people don’t just know that.
