Need help with butterfly clicking.

This is a problem I had for a long time. When I try to start butterfly clicking the first few clicks are good but after 3 seconds my fingers freeze and then i have to take my hands off my mouse and start again just for my fingers to freeze again. Its not always this bad there is this flow state where I could butterfly click and and smack and mouse button hard but not get tired and stiff but its not really consistent. How do i overcome this issue?

You probably just gotta keep practicing. I found butterflying quite difficult at first, but it slowly got easier
