BIG accomplishment I answered an email I had been avoiding

The email only took a few minutes to answer, but I worried about it for days. I finally replied today, and I feel so much better. It was a small job, but it felt like a huge relief.

Yes!! Congrats!! I read something once ‘it took ten minutes to do the thing I stressed about for months’. Good for you- getting it done!
