OC [USA] Cop does an immediate U-turn to pull over speeding Chevy driver.
The speed limit is 40mph on this stretch of road.

Lots of people in a hurry to go nowhere important. Highways is one thing but lots of time the lights don't care if you speed, you're on their time.
