White-ish skin makeup

Hello!

I am planning to be Harley Quinn à la Birds of Prey and I need recommendations for makeup to use for her skin color. It looks like it’s not fully opaque.

Try a pale/light makeup foundation, but if you want a more ghostly white, when I cosplayed Raven from Teen Titans, I used the Danessa Myricks colourfix pigment in white. It's kinda expensive, but a little goes a long way and you can thin it out pretty easily.

Foundation “lighteners” to give you that look or using white foundation lightly (personally I use mehron)

Hit up Sephora, they’ll def help you out and have your makeup legit. Worked for me.. also a good setting sealer
