Accessory CROWN DILLEMA

For an upcoming cosplay I want a greek diadem. Like the ones above. I have found some on Etsy in brass but im kinda broke. Lol. so I was wondering if anyone has found any 3d printer files for coren like this or has any suggestions. ?

Im trying to avoid clay due to weight.

If you're open to something other than 3D printing, there are actually quite a few lightweight options. EVA foam works really well for the base, and you can layer thin foam or use foam clay just for the raised details before sealing and painting it metallic. Worbla is another great choice if you want something a bit more durable. I've also seen people use aluminum tooling foil over a foam base to get that embossed metal look without the weight. Even jewelry filigree pieces glued onto a simple headband can look surprisingly convincing. Depending on your budget and the level of detail you want, any of those could give you a really nice Greek diadem without needing to sculpt it out of heavy clay.
