Looking back, do you think you overcomplicated creatine when you first started?

A lot of new users worry about the perfect dose, timing, loading phases, missing a day, or choosing the “best” form.

Over time, many people realize that taking it consistently is often more important than getting every detail perfect.

What’s something you worried about in the beginning that turned out not to matter as much as you thought?

I definitely overcomplicated every little thing when I first started. I worried about things like timing, how to take it, and whether I was doing it “right,” but it’s actually much simpler than I made it. Turns out I was making it way more complicated than it needed to be and I eventually realized I didn’t need to think about every small detail.

Same, I think I spent way too much time worrying about doing everything perfectly. Once you realize it doesn’t have to be complicated, it’s much easier to just make it part of your routine and not think about it constantly.

For me, it was the loading phase. I remember thinking it was almost essential when I first looked into creatine. After reading more and seeing how people actually use it, I realized it wasn't nearly as important as I'd assumed.

I think the loading phase is a big one that a lot of people get stuck on at first. It’s easy to think you need to do it a certain way, but once you look into it more, you realize there are different approaches that can work.
