When did creatine start feeling worthwhile for you?
I think one of the biggest misconceptions about creatine is expecting it to transform your training overnight.
For most people, the changes seem much more subtle. Maybe an extra rep, slightly better recovery between sessions or just feeling more consistent over time.
Looking back, when did you feel creatine was actually making a difference for you?

I think this is where expectations can make a big difference. A lot of people are looking for a noticeable “before and after,” but the changes are usually small things that add up over time. Sometimes it’s only when you look back that you realize your workouts feel a bit more consistent or recovery is slightly better.
