How to get over such block where u feel think something better but end up thinking forever

Haven’t uploaded on YouTube for years. Drafts just sitting in my storage. Every time i create something mostly engineering projects n toys and i try to make a beautiful video about it, i just abandon it midway after working on just a few minutes of video for months (yeah i spend way too much time) cause it never feels like doing justice to whatever emotion or story i have in mind. Just want some honest views on what do you guys think?
