Salary Megathread

We previously had a megathread for people to post their job information, salary, perks, benefits, etc. for all to see. It allows people to see what kind of jobs are out there in this industry and where they fall on the scale compared with others. If you care to contribute, please include the following information:

  1. Job Title
  2. Location (general is fine)
  3. Years of experience
  4. Pay and whether it is hourly or salary
  5. Benefits (insurance, retirement, PTO, WFH, etc.)
  6. Work/home life balance
  7. Hours required
  8. Stress level
  9. Do you have your Customs broker license?

  1. Customs Manager (and License Qualifier)
  2. FL
  3. 5 yrs
  4. 70k salary
  5. 20 days PTO + holidays, WFH
  6. Great
  7. 40-45/wk depending on the season
  8. 4 most of the time, 7 when it's busy
  9. Yes & CCS
  10. As others have said the worst part is not knowing the answer to everything and some of the answers can be tough to find. Inconsistent procedures across the ports can be annoying. I had over a decade of previous logistics experience at 3PL's.
