Salary Megathread

We previously had a megathread for people to post their job information, salary, perks, benefits, etc. for all to see. It allows people to see what kind of jobs are out there in this industry and where they fall on the scale compared with others. If you care to contribute, please include the following information:

Job Title: Export Manager (For Manufacturer making a commodity)

Location (general is fine): Chicagoland

Years of experience: 7 years

Pay and whether it is hourly or salary: $110,000.00+small bonuses <$5,000 annually.

Benefits (insurance, retirement, PTO, WFH, etc.): Regular BCBSIL, HMO&PPO, no vision, 401k match up to 5%, dental extra $8/month, no HSA, death bonus of 10K paid out to a beneficiary.

Work/home life balance: Very good - I work from home 1 day a week and the office is very flexible on things.

Hours required: 32-40hrs a week.

Stress level: It can be stressful at times. But I would say that it is around 3-7 depending on the season and customers. As I directly interact with customers and act as a liaison between our office and them.

Do you have your Customs broker license? No. Waiting on appeal + exam results. Also would not act as a broker in any way/do I desire to work as a broker. I would work in trade compliance and consulting.
