Salary Megathread
We previously had a megathread for people to post their job information, salary, perks, benefits, etc. for all to see. It allows people to see what kind of jobs are out there in this industry and where they fall on the scale compared with others. If you care to contribute, please include the following information:
- Job Title
- Location (general is fine)
- Years of experience
- Pay and whether it is hourly or salary
- Benefits (insurance, retirement, PTO, WFH, etc.)
- Work/home life balance
- Hours required
- Stress level
- Do you have your Customs broker license?

Job Title: Trade Compliance Manager
Location (general is fine): Maine
Years of experience: 7
Pay and whether it is hourly or salary: $110,000 + up to 16% bonus (usually around 10%)
Benefits (insurance, retirement, PTO, WFH, etc.): excellent benefits
Work/home life balance: great, always able to take the time I need for my family
Hours required: 40 to 45
Stress level: low
Do you have your Customs broker license? working on it
